By downloading, installing, or using Sanctuary Devotional ("App", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. By creating an account or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age required in your country to use the App.
3. Services
Sanctuary Devotional provides access to devotional content, Bible studies, prayers, spiritual resources, audio/video content, and other faith-based materials. Features may be updated, modified, or removed without prior notice.
4. User Account
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Be responsible for all activities under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws.
- Upload offensive, unlawful, or harmful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App.
- Distribute viruses or harmful software.
10. Intellectual Property
All content including text, images, logos, videos, audio, and graphics belongs to Sanctuary Devotional or its licensors. Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with applicable legal obligations.
13. Account Deletion
Users may permanently delete their account directly within the App.
- Open Profile.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Permanently delete your account.
- Remove your personal profile.
- Delete saved preferences.
- Remove devotional history where applicable.
- Delete associated personal data unless retention is legally required.
14. Data Deletion Request
If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by emailing admin@streamoflife.com.au.
- Registered email address.
- Reason for deletion (optional).
15. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services including:
- Firebase
- Google Analytics
- Google Play Services
- Apple Services
16. Disclaimer
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctuary Devotional shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective when published within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the country where Sanctuary Devotional operates.
